Tegan Edwards is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department, focusing her practice on commercial finance matters. She has represented both commercial and investment banks, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities and leveraged acquisition financings. Tegan has experience drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements and non-reliance letters, as well as researching and analyzing securities law data.

Represented Administrative Agent in connection with a $500 million Delayed Draw Term Loan to a processed food and snack company
Represented a leading builder of luxury homes in connection with a $1.905 billion unsecured revolving credit facility and a $650 million senior unsecured term loan facility
Represented a large community bank in a $5 million senior secured asset-based loan to the manufacturer and distributor of multi-use epoxy, resin, and fiberglass coated products. Financing was in conjunction with an acquisition by private equity firms.
