
Danielle Douglas is a Real Estate associate who focuses her practice on affordable housing and community development matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, she worked at a New York-based full service real estate law firm where she drafted and negotiated a broad range of complex contracts, such as partnership, joint venture, and regulatory agreements.
In this position, she also represented nonprofit developers in negotiations with state and city government agencies and equity investors for development agreements, extended use agreements, and other required compliance documents.
Danielle also worked as an associate at an Am Law 100 firm and as a law clerk at a boutique, multistate law firm office. While pursuing her law degree, Danielle gained additional experience as a conflicts reporting analyst at a law firm and as the senior executive assistant to the CEO of a leading global technology and services innovator.
