Elizabeth Davis advises businesses and nonprofits—from startups to established market leaders—on corporate and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, business formation, corporate reorganizations, succession planning, and general corporate counseling.
Liz has extensive transactional experience, providing counsel to businesses of all sizes and types, including middle-market companies, startups, and private equity funds. She has worked with businesses of varied ownership structures, including venture-backed, employee-owned, family-owned, founder-owned, and publicly traded companies. Liz is familiar with the industry-specific nuances and regulatory requirements of many deals, having advised clients in the senior housing, health care, child care, and technology sectors. She has experience representing buyers, sellers, and operators of senior housing facilities on corporate governance matters and in a variety of deals, including mergers and acquisitions, sales/leasebacks of real estate, joint ventures, and financings, including HUD financing.
