Katherine Cordry counsels employers on various labor and employment issues and litigation.
She has guided clients on employee training in areas related to the National Labor Relations Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age in Employment Discrimination Act, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.
Prior to joining the firm, Kate was an associate in the labor and employment group of an Am Law 100 firm. She also was an associate in the professional liability group of an Am Law 200 firm. During law school, she was a judicial extern to the Hon. Robert B. Kugler with the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and had an internship with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
