She advises owners, operators, investors, and developers of senior housing and long-term care facilities in complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, sale/leasebacks, loan financings, joint ventures, operations transfers, management agreement negotiations, and health care regulatory compliance issues.

Representative Matters
- Represented REITS, private equity investors, investment funds, and other companies in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of senior housing facilities nationwide in individual and portfolio transactions ranging in size from $10 million to over $200 million.
- Represented the sponsor in negotiating joint venture agreements with a private equity fund and in the acquisition, financing, development, and management of multiple senior housing facilities.
- Represented a publicly traded health care REIT in multiple mortgage and mezzanine loan transactions to finance acquisitions and working capital.
- Represented an institutional pharmacy in acquiring a majority equity percent interest in another pharmacy business and negotiating related entity documents and founder agreements.
- Represented landlords and operating tenants in the negotiation of triple net leases for senior housing and long-term care facilities.
