Ty Chung

Ty Chung is a Business and Transactions associate who focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions as well as emerging companies and venture capital. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, he worked at a leading technology and life sciences firm where he advised venture-backed, private technology, and life sciences companies on a range of corporate matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, and public offerings. He also advised on SEC filings and regulatory compliance.

Before attending law school, Ty worked as a management consultant at Accenture in Washington, D.C.
