Trevor Cardo is a New York associate in the firm’s Finance Department who focuses his practice on housing finance matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, he worked at an Am Law 200 law firm, where he represented commercial real estate lenders in the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending space and assisted with multifamily housing acquisitions, refinances, and assumptions.
Trevor also gained experience reviewing and analyzing regulatory agreements, organizational documents, title commitments, and policies. He worked with lenders and borrowers to facilitate the closing of real estate transactions across the United States.
