Nate Cardinal focuses on commercial litigation matters in courts and alternative forums. A former Ballard Spahr summer associate, Nate has worked closely with the firm’s lawyers conducting research and drafting memoranda for litigation matters and transactions. Nate also gained experience as a legal extern in the Minnesota Court of Appeals and as a law clerk at a Minnesota firm, where he conducted research, drafted pleadings, and developed legal arguments for plaintiff litigation matters.
Prior to attending law school, Nate was a sales representative for an industrial compressed air systems company. Before that, Nate served in the U.S. Army as the Executive Officer of an Army Dive Detachment, providing underwater construction, ship husbandry, and bathymetric survey support to the Army.
