Alan Cardenas-Moreno is a Litigation associate who focuses his practice on securities enforcement and corporate governance litigation. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Alan worked as an associate in the corporate litigation and counseling practice group of a Delaware law firm. He served clients in litigating corporate issues, including advancement, books and records demands, and corporate mergers and acquisitions actions. He draws from his background in business and accounting to achieve practical solutions for clients. When graduating law school, he was awarded the Carter Kaplan & Co. International Finance Law Award for his excellence in international finance law.
