Lauren Brown is a New York litigation attorney who focuses her practice on consumer financial services matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, she worked at a law firm ranked by BTI Consulting as a top Client Service All-Star, where she defended against single-plaintiff Fair Credit Reporting Act lawsuits, second-chaired three depositions, and prepared 30(b)(6) witnesses for depositions.
Lauren also drafted motions to dismiss, letters to courts, discovery requests, deposition outlines, and other materials while in this role. Following her graduation from law school, she gained additional experience as a summer associate and a judicial law clerk.
