Brianne Boyle represents mortgage lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions.
Brianne previously represented corporate debtors, creditors' committees, and lenders in Chapter 11 cases. She prepared pleadings, assessed corporate documents and structure, and assisted in negotiating and drafting term sheets and plans of reorganization.
During law school, Brianne worked as a student attorney in the University of Baltimore School of Law Community Development Clinic. In that role, she represented nonprofit and community advocacy group clients in structuring, formation, and tax-exemption matters.
