Facundo Bouzat

Facundo Bouzat is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department who focuses on commercial matters. He has litigated cases at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts. Facundo’s experience spans the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. Before joining Ballard Spahr, he served as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third and Sixth Circuits. He also served as a staff attorney at a national civil rights nonprofit organization and as an associate at a law firm where he practiced complex litigation.
