Gen Bergeron is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing her practice on securities enforcement litigation and data privacy and cybersecurity matters.
During law school, Gen worked as a judicial intern for the Hon. John R. Padova of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where she wrote pretrial memoranda and drafted a non-precedential opinion. As a summer associate at Ballard Spahr, she worked on a wide range of corporate and pro bono litigation matters.
Prior to attending law school, Gen worked as a legal assistant at an immigration law firm in Philadelphia, where she drafted petition letters and prepared individuals’ work visa and Green Card applications.
