Jennifer is experienced with financings involving low-income housing tax credits, ground leases, Section 8 HAP Contracts, subordinate debt, tax abatements, and mezzanine loans.

Pro Bono Experience
Jennifer regularly volunteers with Maryland Legal Aid to assist low-income individuals with their Maryland criminal record expungements and preparation of estate planning documents. In addition, Jennifer has participated in various Wills for Heroes events where Ballard Spahr attorneys assist first responders and veterans with the preparation of estate planning documents.
