Comfortable in both the litigation and advice spaces, Hannah Ard has represented employers in Department of Labor investigations; discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims; class action wage and hour disputes; and complaints filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state and local administrative agencies.
Hannah also advises clients on the beginning and end of the employment relationship, and crafts offer letters, employment agreements, and confidentiality agreements, as well as severance packages. She helps clients comply with federal and state wage and hour laws and employee classifications under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state law, and with federal and state accommodation laws.
