Global Gaming Expo Panel Discusses Looming Corporate Transparency Act Deadline

Robert C. Kim was part of a Global Gaming Expo panel on the Corporate Transparency Act. He and the other panelists noted that many of the organizations that the CTA requires to file Beneficial Ownership Information reports with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network seem to be waiting until the very end of the year to file their reports. Rob also pointed out that data from the first year's reports might not be as complete as some would hope.
