This Summer, Center City's Office Real Estate Market Warmed Up

After a lengthy period in stasis, Center City Philadelphia's office market is showing some signs of life. The Philadelphia Inquirer spoke to Ashley E. DeLuca about how the gentle upward trend in activity should be interpreted. She noted that it doesn't mean the commercial office market—in Philadelphia or anywhere else—is out of the woods by any means, but is a small sign of encouragement nonetheless.
