After nearly five years of remote board and commission meetings, Philadelphia's Zoning Board and Historical Commission switched back to in-person meetings in September 2024.
Matthew N. McClure, who leads Ballard Spahr's Zoning and Land Use practice and frequently appears in front of both boards, applauded the move as a step towards efficiency.
