Under the Biden administration, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has become a union booster, but the approaching election will decide what comes next. NBC News spoke with Rebecca A. Leaf, who was a senior trial attorney at the NLRB under the Obama and Trump administrations before joining Ballard Spahr as of counsel, about NLRB General Counsel Jennifer Abruzzo's policies.

“The Trump administration had reversed too many Obama-era policies, and she wanted to go back to them,” Rebecca said, “but then I think she wanted to go even further.”
