Lawsuit Challenges Idaho's Library Law, Calling it "Wildly Unconstitutional"

Ballard Spahr is representing the plaintiffs in an Idaho lawsuit challenging statewide restrictions on books and similar materials. The plaintiffs include two nonprofit schools, a community library, a church that runs a lending library, the Northwest Association of Independent Schools, and four individuals on behalf of their children.
