Court Challenge to CFPB's $8 Credit Card Late Fee Rule to Remain in Texas

A federal appeals court has ruled that a lawsuit against the CFPB's new $8 credit card late-fee rule will stay in Texas, rather than be transferred to Washington, D.C. American Banker spoke to Alan S. Kaplinsky about the implications of that decision.
