Buckle Up: CFPB's High Court Win Will Thaw Frozen Docket

Law360 spoke with Alan Kaplinsky, former head of Ballard Spahr's Consumer Financial Services group, about the Supreme Court's decision to uphold the CFPB's method of funding. Mr. Kaplinsky was quoted as saying that the decision will likely be revisited.

"This case is going to get curiouser and curiouser," Kaplinsky said. "There's about to be a lot going on in the Fifth Circuit and in the district court."
