Three Big Law Firms Unite to Pitch Law Students on Practicing in Philadelphia

Ballard Spahr, Blank Rome, and Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath teamed up to give law students insight into law firm hiring and the Philadelphia legal market.

“The recruiting world in general, when it comes to student recruiting, is changing a lot. … We’re thinking about ways we can reach out to a broader audience of students earlier on,” Lisa Feden, Ballard Spahr's Director of Entry Level Recruiting and Integration, told The Legal Intelligencer. “As recruiting is shifting earlier [and] shifting away from traditional OCI programs, firms are taking on a lot more of that [responsibility] to create their own pipelines.”

Ms. Feden is a member of the firm's Attorney Career Advancement Department.
