Bond Issuance Will Fund Academy of Dover's Acquisition of Land and Buildings

Emilie Ninan, co-chair of the firm's Finance Department, led Ballard Spahr's representation as bond counsel to the Academy of Dover Charter School in Delaware. The school closed on over $4 million in tax-exempt bonds issued by Kent County and purchased by WSFS Bank to fund acquisition of campus land and two buildings, which the school had been leasing.
