Ballard Spahr's P3/Infrastructure Group, Co-Leaders Ranked in Chambers Global Guide

Ballard Spahr’s P3/Infrastructure Group and its two co-leaders have been recognized in the 2024 Chambers Global Guide.

The P3/Infrastructure Group was ranked in Band 3 in the Global USA Projects: PPP – Firm category. “Ballard Spahr demonstrates strength across an array of PPP projects from highways and train stations to university utilities and student housing. The team is highly experienced at representing both private and public sponsors at each step of the project life cycle and equally skilled at lender representation,” Chambers wrote in its review.

Co-leader Steve T. Park, whom one reference praised for being “very knowledgeable” with “a demeanor of professionalism and cooperation,” was ranked in Global USA Projects: PPP–Band 3. John P. Smolen, who was described as being “a great problem-solver” with “good deal intuition”, was ranked in Global USA Projects: PPP–Band 4.
