In the Digital Solutions category, the worldwide publication featured LicenSync, Ballard Spahr's customizable tool that helps financial services companies manage required federal approvals, state licenses, and foreign “doing business” registrations. The Times also recognizes Lisa Lanham, co-leader of the firm's Fintech and Payments Solutions Team, as a "Commended Individual" for her role in working with the firm's Client Value and Innovation team to develop the LicenSync dashboard to address client needs.

In the Knowledge and Data category, the Times recognized the firm's platform that uses generative AI and a Microsoft suite of AI tools to spot profitability patterns in legal work.
