What Role Does the Business Community Play With the Red Line?

Ballard Spahr Senior Counsel Jon M. Laria appeared on WYPR's Midday Program, hosted by Tom Hall. With the revival of plans for the Red Line, a 14-mile east-west transit rail line that proposes to connect Baltimore's Woodlawn neighborhood in the west to its Bayview neighborhood in the east, business leaders are becoming more actively engaged.

Mr. Laria, who served as Ballard Spahr's Baltimore Office Managing Partner for over a decade, is a member of the firm's Real Estate Department and Real Estate Development and Transactions Group.
