Charles Frohman—an employment litigator who represents public and private companies in employment and commercial matters in state and federal courts—has joined Ballard Spahr’s Litigation Department and Labor and Employment Group as Of Counsel, firm Chair Mark Stewart announced. Mr. Frohman will be resident in the firm’s Minneapolis office.
“Charles has broad experience, both in litigation and in the many other aspects of employment law,” said Denise M. Keyser, leader of the firm’s Labor and Employment Group. “The employment law landscape is particularly complex right now, and Charles’ background and experience will help us better guide clients toward reaching their business goals.”
Mr. Frohman has represented clients of all sizes across an array of industries, including consumer products, financial services, health care, hospitality, information services, and manufacturing. Mr. Frohman is the second employment litigator to join the firm in a month, following the arrival of Nima Darouian in Los Angeles.
“From the return to on-site work to the workforce-changing ripple effect of disruptive technology, it’s an exciting time to be in employment law,” Mr. Frohman said. “Ballard Spahr is the perfect setting for me to continue to grow and provide even more comprehensive service to a wider scope of clients, from advising on policies and practices to litigation, and I am looking forward to being part of its national team.”
