Top Veterans Affairs Committee Attorney Joins Ballard Spahr

Law360 made note of the arrival of Maria Tripplaar to the Government Affairs and Public Policy Group of Ballard Spahr. Ms. Tripplaar came to the firm after a long stint on Capitol Hill, where she most recently served as the top attorney for the House Committee on Veterans Affairs. 

Veterans "raised their right hand to defend all Americans and as a society we have often fallen short in response," Ms. Tripplaar said. "My dad was drafted into the Army and served in Vietnam, and I'm privileged to have countless friends who are veterans, so this work has been very personal for me."
