Ballard Spahr Transaction Nominated for The M&A Advisor Award

The acquisition of Taylor & Pond Corporate Communications, LLC by Fortress Brand—in which a Ballard Spahr team led by Mergers and Acquisitions Partner Laura C. Giles represented Taylor & Pond—has been named a finalist for the 21st Annual M&A Advisor Awards.

The transaction is nominated in the Professional Services Deal of the Year (Between $10 million and $50 million) category. The winner will be announced on November 15 at a gala dinner celebration in New York City.

Joining Ms. Giles on the Ballard Spahr team were Mergers and Acquisition Partner Gregory L. Seltzer in Philadelphia and Associate Philip M. Dodd in Phoenix, as well as subject matter specialists across the firm.
