How I Made Partner-Andrew Spruiell: "I Was Open to Doing What it Took to Provide Comprehensive Client Service"

Andrew D. Spruiell spoke to American Lawyer Media about his elevation to partner at Ballard Spahr.

"Nathan Seiler, who now leads our firmwide Business and Transactions Department, Carin Cutler, and Steve Dupont form the core of our Boulder office and had the type of practices I wanted to develop for myself," he said. "Each of them took the time to take me under their wing, so to speak, and helped me develop as a lawyer in many ways, both big and small. I have no doubt that their guidance helped me with the growth necessary to make partner."
