Twin Cities TV News Reporter Won't Have to Testify in Trial

When a Twin Cities television reporter was subpoenaed to testify about his interview with a man charged in a road-rage shooting, Leita Walker and Isabella Salomão Nascimento helped the judge understand that the prosecutor's request did not meet any of the exceptions to the Minnesota Free Flow of Information Act, which protects journalists from being compelled to disclose unpublished information.
