Former Clerk to Ketanji Brown Jackson Looks Back on Her Legal Record

Joe Slaughter, who was a law clerk to Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, spoke to NPR about Judge Jackson's legal decision-making as she begins Supreme Court confirmation hearings this week.

Mr. Slaughter is a Litigation and Media and Entertainment Law associate in Ballard Spahr's New York office.
