Ballard Spahr's Vincent Marriott to Be Inducted Into American College of Bankruptcy

Vincent J. Marriott III, longtime former leader of Ballard Spahr’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice, will be inducted into the American College of Bankruptcy based on his “proven record of the highest standards” of skill and professionalism in bankruptcy practice.
Mr. Marriott will be inducted as a member of the 33rd Class of Fellows at the College’s Annual Meeting in April 2022 in Denver.
The American College of Bankruptcy is an honorary public service association of U.S. and international insolvency professionals, who are invited to join as Fellows based on a proven record of the highest standards of skill, leadership, integrity, professionalism, scholarship, and service to the bankruptcy and insolvency practice and to their communities.
Based in Philadelphia, Mr. Marriott’s distinguished career of more than 35 years includes involvement in the Chapter 9 bankruptcy proceedings of Detroit and San Bernardino, California. He led Ballard Spahr’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group for more than a decade before handing the reins to Ballard Spahr Partners Tobey M. Daluz and Matthew G. Summers this fall in anticipation of his retirement, scheduled for the end of 2021.
