IFLR1000 Names Ballard Spahr Arizona Firm of the Year for Corporate and Financial Transactional Work

IFLR1000, a premier international research and ranking guide to law firms and lawyers for financial and corporate transactional practice, has named Ballard Spahr its Arizona Firm of the Year for 2021.

The award recognizes exceptional performance by Ballard Spahr lawyers based in the firm’s Phoenix office and/or working on Arizona-related transactions. IFLR1000, “the guide to the world’s leading financial and corporate law firms,” bases its rankings on the market impact, legal innovation, size, and complexity of transactions handled across the range of corporate finance disciplines, including banking, project finance, capital markets, private equity, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and restructuring and insolvency.

Last month, IFLR1000 ranked 11 Ballard Spahr attorneys across the country in the 2021/22 edition of IFLR1000 United States, a directory of top financial and corporate U.S. lawyers and law firms. The recognized lawyers include Phoenix-based attorneys Craig Solomon Ganz, ranked in the Restructuring and Insolvency category, and Karen C. McConnell, ranked in both Private Equity and M&A.
