Trial of Ex-Officer Charged in Duante Wright's Death Won't Be Televised

A Hennepin County judge has ordered that the trial of the ex-cop responsible for the death of Duante Wright will not be broadcast. Leita Walker, who represents a media coalition that includes the Star Tribune, told a reporter, "What you're seeing with this order is a return to the status quo and, unfortunately, in Minnesota if all parties don't consent to cameras, the public doesn't get them."
