Making Remote Working Work from a Health and Safety Perspective

Lou Chodoff, a member of Ballard Spahr’s Labor and Employment Group, detailed to TechRadar.com how the legal issues surrounding work-from-home arrangements can be thorny. Employers may now need to have employees send photos of their home office or even send someone out to do an inspection. In the U.S., the Occupational Safety and Health Administration does not require these inspections, but the employer is still ultimately responsible for their workers.
