Judge Rules Jefferson County Sheriff, County Engaged in 'Unconstitutional Prior Restraint'

Ashley Kissinger was quoted in a CBS Denver article about a restraining order meant to prevent the new outlet from posting a story about a Jefferson County deputy. The order was "patently unconstitutional," said Ms. Kissinger, who is of counsel in Ballard Spahr’s Media and Entertainment Law Group.
