Meet the Robocall Avenger: Andrew Perrong, 21, Sues Those Pesky Callers for Cash

The Philadelphia Inquirer interviewed Ballard Spahr’s Dan McKenna for an article about a college student who is taking action against robocalls by regularly suing and gaining settlements from companies that allegedly illegally call him. Opposing attorneys, including Mr. McKenna, say the student’s claims are just traps for telemarketers and debt collectors.
