The New Jersey Law Journal reached out to Roberto Rivera-Soto—a partner in Ballard Spahr’s Gaming and Antitrust practices and a former justice on the New Jersey Supreme Court—for an article on the controversy surrounding the opening of a betting facility at the former Garden State Park racetrack.
