One of Trump's Top Court Candidates Would be Trouble for the CFPB

The Washington Examiner quoted Alan Kaplinsky, of the Consumer Financial Services Group, in an article about D.C. Circuit Court Judge—and possible U.S. Supreme Court nominee—Brett Kavanaugh and his views on the CFPB.

"I think that there is a reasonably good chance that the CFPB constitutionality question will eventually get to the Supreme Court," said Mr. Kaplinsky.
