Mergers position top firms for M&A

BizWest covered Ballard Spahr’s merger with Lindquist & Vennum, a Minneapolis-based firm known for its work in mergers and acquisitions. The combined firm—which retains the name Ballard Spahr—now has more than 650 lawyers in 15 offices nationwide, including a presence in Minneapolis and Sioux Falls, S.D., and an expanded office in Denver.
