Child Sex Abusers Left Off Online Court Database

Nogales International spoke to Ballard Spahr Media and Entertainment attorney David Bodney for an article about a case in which a convicted sex offender was left out of the state's public access online court database due to a particular interpretation of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Arizona.
"It seems reasonable to include the most basic information about the case itself so one can know whether to visit the courthouse and inspect the records there," Mr. Bodney said. “I can't understand why the case wouldn't be listed. That's a literal interpretation of the rule."
