What’s New (And Worrisome) at the EEOC?

This discussion will focus on the EEOC's current regulatory agenda and the most significant developments over the past year. We will cover the EEOC's new harassment guidance, the finalized rules under the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), and the agency's renewed focus on pay data collection. We will explore what these changes mean for human resources professionals and employers, providing practical insights on how to stay compliant and proactive in light of these updates.
