Regulatory Compliance & BSA Seminar

Kaley Schafer, a member of Ballard Spahr's Banking and Financial Services and Anti-Money Laundering teams, will present “BSA Update,” a regulatory update on new rulemaking from FinCEN and OFAC, new regulatory guidance, and recent enforcement actions. Attendees will gain insight from the most up-to-date breakdowns of money laundering threats and will learn about FinCEN’s recent rulemakings, as well as forthcoming rulemakings.
