Life Sciences PA's Legal Answers Workshop (LAW) 2024

In partnership with Life Sciences PA, Ballard Spahr will hold another Legal Answers Workshop on October 8, 2024. Ryan Udell, co-leader of the firm's Life Sciences industry group, will be joined by Partner Kate Belinski and Of Counsel Maria Tripplaar in a discussion about the latest life sciences developments on Capitol Hill. Topics will include research and development expenses as well as the impact of Chevron deference being overturned.
