Ryan Udell, partner at Ballard Spahr and co-leader of the firm's Life Sciences Industry Group, will speak at the AUTM University Startups Conference. He's presenting the topic of "Venture Financing, Equity, and Other Terms" on the second day of the conference—Tuesday, October 22. The program will be divided into two parts, the first from 1 to 3 p.m. PDT and the second from 3:30 until 5 p.m. PDT. Attendees will have a thirty-minute break between the two parts. Ryan will be joined by Paul Corson from the University of Texas, Arlington, for both parts of the conversation as well as Bin Yan from Pennsylvania State University for Part II.
