Join us at the beautiful, newly renovated Arizona Biltmore Golf Club for a session designed to provide in-house counsel and HR professionals with practical guidance on navigating employment law-related investigations. These guidelines will apply regardless of whether your company or client conducts the investigation internally or decides to hire independent investigators.

This seminar will teach attendees how to:

• Analyze and preserve relevant documents
• Conduct witness interviews and obtain witness statements
• Prepare a detailed investigation report and recommend corrective actions
• Determine when it is necessary to hire independent investigators
  
• Navigate potential white collar criminal law implications

Uniform Certificates of Attendance will be provided for the purpose of seeking CLE credit in other jurisdictions.
