DEI Watch: Corporate America Awaits U.S. Supreme Court Decisions in University Affirmative Action Cases
The U.S. Supreme Court decisions in the Harvard and North Carolina affirmative action admissions cases will impact how universities formulate their admissions programs, but there also could be far-reaching consequences of these decisions in corporate America, including on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs. The cases, argued on October 31, 2022, now await decisions expected by June 2023. What will these cases mean for affirmative action beyond higher education and could race-conscious DEI initiatives be impacted?
Join us for a discussion about the cases, the predicted outcome, and how your organization should plan for the impact the decisions may have on corporate DEI programs.
