Arizona businesses continue to face challenges and increased regulation, litigation and risk related to their hiring, firing and employment practices. This program will address trends related to wage and hour law, employee harassment and discrimination claims, and unique circumstances related to employee leave and accommodation in the hybrid and on-site workplaces. We will also address how businesses can protect their confidential information and when necessary restrict former employees from engaging in unfair competition.
